ECL Choppers for Charity has partnered with the Alberta Children’s Hospital and Stollery Children’s Hospital to make a vast difference in the lives of children’s health. Through the generosity of donors, the foundation has provided funding for innovative programs, equipment, advanced pediatric research, training, education and services for children’s hospitals in Alberta.

This particular charity resonated with Simon Hunt because of his love for motorcycles. Sixteen years ago, when this program first began, the organization raised $5,000 for the Children’s Hospital through its Harley Davidson ride. In June of 2017 ECL Choppers for Charity will present a cheque for over $150,000 if current fund raising trends continue. This will mean a total donation over $500,000 in just the last four years to benefit Alberta Children’s Hospitals.  Simon continues to donate faithfully as Tom Fredericks has pioneered this wonderful cause that affects families in our communities. Funds raised through the 2017 ECL Choppers for Charity Motorcycle Ride will continue to support respite care at Rotary Flames House and Simon is proud to again be a sponsor.

Simon D. Hunt Realty Group is committed to working in the community. Without our valued Clients, this would not be possible. We look forward to continuing to work in the community and to support other organizations as we do with ECL Choppers for Charity.

Founded in 1983, the Children’s Miracle Network is now affiliated with over 170 children’s hospitals. The mission of the Children’s Miracle Network is to generate funds and awareness programs for the benefit of children served by its associated hospitals, health centers, and foundations. Each year, the Children’s Miracle Network treats 17 million children, and has influenced the lives of children more than any other children’s organization in the world.

RE/MAX sales associates designate listings to be a Miracle Home and donate a portion from the sale of each home towards the CMN member that serves in their area. Without our clients, this program would not be possible. When you see a RE/MAX lawn sign, know that the sales associate behind the sign is dedicated to supporting health care for children in the community they do business in. To date, RE/MAX is Canada’s largest corporate contributor.
